What Is My Condor ID and Password?

Your Condor ID

This will be your first initial, last name, followed by the last 4 digits of your student number. Together with @conestogac.on.ca, it makes up your email address.

Your Email Address

Your email address contains your Condor ID, and the @conestogac.on.ca email suffix. 

Your Default Password

Default passwords have the format Cc and your student number.  Whenever you reset your password with IT Services, we will reset it to this,

You may be prompted to change your password the first time you login. Make sure your password meets the Secure Password Criteria.

Where do I find my Condor ID?

Condor IDs are generated within 2 business days of becoming fully registered in your program/courses. If you have not yet paid your tuition or do not have any classes showing on your schedule, your account will not be created.

On your Enrollment Form

Your Student Enrollment Form was mailed to you with your acceptance package from Conestoga.  Your Condor ID and Default Password are in the top-right corner of the document.

In the Student Portal

1.  Log into the Student Portal using your student number.

2.  Select the My Addresses tab.  

3.  Scroll down to Email Address Box. Your student email address and Condor ID are listed here.  From now on, log into the Portal using your Condor ID.

How do I create a secure password?

When you log in the first time, you may be prompted to change your password.

All Passwords MUST:

  • ​​Be between 8 and 16 characters in length.
  • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter.
  • Contain at least 1 number.
  • NOT contain any part of your first or last name.​

How Long Do I Have Access To my Condor ID?

Full-time Students

Your account will be disabled 120 days after graduation or after the last active course.  It will then be deleted 30 days after being disabled. This includes your Student Email Account.

CE Students

Your account will be disabled 30 days after the last active course.  It will then be deleted 90 days (approx. 3 months) after being disabled. This includes your Student Email Account.

De-Registered Students

Your account will be disabled 7 days after de-registering.  It will then be deleted 7 days after being disabled.
