What Is My Condor ID and Password?

Your Condor ID

Your Condor ID is your first initial, last name, and last 4 digits of your student number.

Your Email Address

Your email address contains your Condor ID, and the @conestogac.on.ca email suffix. 

Your Default Password

Default passwords have the format Cc and your student number.  Whenever you reset your password with IT Services, we will reset it to this.

You may be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. Make sure your password meets the Secure Password Criteria.

Where do I find my Condor ID?

Condor IDs are generated within 2 business days of becoming fully registered in your program/courses. If you have not yet paid your tuition or do not have any classes showing on your schedule, your account will not be created.

On your Enrollment Form

Your Student Enrollment Form was mailed to you with your acceptance package from Conestoga. Your Condor ID and Default Password are in the top-right corner of the document.

In the Student Portal

1.  Log into the Student Portal using your student number.

2.  Select the My Addresses tab.  

3.  Scroll down to Email Address Box. Your student email address and Condor ID are listed here.  From now on, log into the Portal using your Condor ID.

Secure Password Criteria

When you log in the first time, you may be prompted to change your password. You will need to change your password every 8 months. You cannot re-use the same password within a 12 month period.

All Passwords MUST:

  • ​​Be between 8 and 16 characters in length.
  • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter.
  • Contain at least 1 number.
  • NOT contain any part of your first or last name.​

Account Recovery

It's advisable to set up your Account Recovery, in case you forget your password or become locked out.

Password Expiry Notification

You will receive a password expiry notification with instructions to update your password 7 days, and 1 day before your password expires.

Your email and Condor ID accounts are maintained until graduation, withdrawal, or course-completion.
