The Atrium and Student Life Centre located on levels 1 and 2 of the A-Wing at the Kitchener - Doon campus will be closed for renovations from Tuesday, July 30, 2024, until the end of June 2025. This will affect all access to the Atrium and both levels of the Student Life Centre corridors. Access to the Venue and Tim Hortons will be accessible and will not be affected by this renovation. Construction is expected to be noisy at times.
Access has been closed for the winter months to three parking lots. These lots will not be maintained with plowing and salting or lighting over the winter: Kitchener - Doon campus lots 1 and 14, Cambridge - Fountain Street lot 3.
The driveway in front of the Conestoga Skilled Trades Campus on Reuter Drive in Cambridge is changing back to one-way traffic in order to implement a pedestrian walkway. These changes will remain in place for the duration of Phase 2 construction into summer 2026.
The King Street/Frederick Street mall entrance will be permanently closed, effective Monday, February 3. All users accessing services in this building should enter the main Conestoga entrance at Duke Street and Frederick Street (49 Frederick St.). This is to support a request from the external property managers.
A scheduled power outage will affect parts of Level 2, A-Wing of the main building on the Kitchener - Doon campus from 7 a.m. on Monday, February 24 to Tuesday, February 25 at 11:59 p.m. Staff and faculty remote computer access will not be available during this time. Emergency power will not be affected.
At the Kitchener - Doon campus, the accessibility ramp at Door 5 of the main building is closed for maintenance on Wednesday, February 19. Accessibility ramps at Door 3 and Door 6 are available until further notice.
At the Kitchener - Doon campus main building, Door 5 will be closed Thursday, February 20 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for maintenance. Door 3 and Door 6 will remain open.
